Florida’s cannabis industry is getting a heavyweight addition—Mike Tyson’s brand, Tyson 2.0, is officially rolling into the Sunshine State. In collaboration with Verano, a leading cannabis company known for its Müv dispensaries, Tyson’s premium line of cannabis products is now available to Florida’s medical marijuana patients.
Tyson 2.0 is all about top-quality cannabis, from vape cartridges to the brand’s signature Mike Bites edibles—yes, the ear-shaped gummies inspired by Tyson’s infamous 1997 match with Evander Holyfield. With Verano’s expansive presence across the state, these products are set to reach a wide audience.
“We are thrilled to join forces with Verano, a leader in the cannabis industry,” Tyson said in a press release. “This partnership represents a major step forward in our mission to deliver exceptional cannabis experiences to a wider audience.”
Carma HoldCo., the parent company of Tyson 2.0, sees this expansion as a major milestone. CEO Adam Wilks stated, “We’re excited about the potential this partnership holds and look forward to reaching more consumers, introducing new products, and further establishing Tyson 2.0 as a dominant force in the U.S. cannabis market.”
Carma is no stranger to celebrity-backed cannabis brands, also managing Ric Flair Drip by wrestling icon Ric Flair and Evol by rapper Future. The company reported over $50 million in revenue from Tyson 2.0 and Ric Flair Drip in a single year.
This move comes at a pivotal time for Florida’s cannabis industry. With recreational marijuana legalization on the ballot in November, the state’s cannabis market could soon explode into a multibillion-dollar industry. Tyson has been a strong advocate for legalization, backing Amendment 3, which could bring recreational cannabis to Florida.
Verano, now with 77 dispensaries in the state, is expanding rapidly, aiming to provide more product variety, job opportunities, and economic growth in local communities.
As Florida’s cannabis market evolves, Tyson 2.0 is stepping into the ring—ready to deliver a knockout experience to patients and, potentially, future recreational consumers.
